Name of the post: Staff Nurse

Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 35 years as on 16-08-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Degree or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution and must be registered as Nurse and Midwife.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.500/- for General/ OBC Category and Rs.250/- for SC/ ST category in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of Accounts Officer, JIPMER, payable at Puducherry (State Bank of India – JIPMER Branch). PwD candidates are exempted from the fee.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through the website “www.jipmer.edu.in” by filling all the mandatory details from 10.00 AM on 22-07-2013 to 16-08-2013 by 4.30 PM. After submission of application form, candidates must take print out of online application form and submit it along with original Demand Draft enclosed in an envelope super scribed with “Application for the post of Staff Nurse” so as to reach Sr Administrative Officer, Administrative Block (Admn I Section), JIPMER, Dhanvantari Nagar P.O, Gorimedu, Puducherry-605006 on or before 21-08-2013 and 23-08-2013 for remote areas. Original and attested photocopies of all relevant certificates must be produced at the time of written test.

2. Select appropriate advertisement link.
3. Fill all the mandatory details and upload scanned copy of photograph, signature and Demand Draft.
4. Submit error free application form.
5. Take print out of system generated online application and submit it along with necessary enclosures to the above mentioned postal address.
