1. Faculty (IT): 30 Posts
2. Hardware faculty: 01 Post
3. Computer Operator (Steno): 01 Post

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess B.Sc (IT)/ BCA for faculty post, B.E./ B.Tech (Electronics and Communication) / Bachelors Degree in any discipline with CHM- “A” Level course for hardware faculty post and Graduate/ Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Applications/ NIELIT A Level/NIELIT for Post Faculty & Computer Operator . Diploma and knowledge of short hand and speed as per Govt. norms for Computer Operator post.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.350/- through Demand Draft drawn in favor of Director, NIELIT, Chandigarh payable at shimla.

Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview.
